Meet Nicole

I have always loved clothes and fashion. Drawn to the cut of a beautiful garment, fabric, colour, design and the very real way these same garments can change the way people perceive themselves and others perceive them in return.

My father and his father together ran a Tailors and Menswear store in Sydney, Australia. This is one of my earliest memories and the birth of my interest in fashion.

Watching my Grandfather while surrounded by bolts of fabric, the smell of the sewing machine oil and the gentle cutting sound of his tailor’s shears through the fabric.

He turned the two dimensional into three, amazing! I remember my father returning home from work on a regular basis in a new outfit, proud and upright, his confidence evident. The magic as it seemed to me that took place behind its glass shop window is in the essence of what I do.

I am a great believer in the traditional view that pride in ones appearance gives a person pride in ones self. Pride gives confidence, anything is possible.

It feels truly wonderful to research and advise a client on what to wear and watch their faces as they see themselves transformed, new clothing, new direction.

After travelling widely around Europe when younger, I returned to Sydney opening my own boutique fashion retail store. After an enjoyable and successful 10 years I sought new adventures, returning to London.

Here I wanted to concentrate on the most enjoyable aspect of my store, styling! With a one on one personal approach combining my two joys, fashion and people!

Honing my skills yet further with the fantastic Aston and Hayes Image Consultants in Holland Park, London.

My service is a very personal one. My client and I, that’s it! The time spent with any client is always a positive experience, helping them to look great with the added feeling of excitement and a genuine change thrown in for free!
